✅ Change Page Orientation Before Printing

  1. Open your Excel file.
  2. Go to the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon.
  3. In the Page Setup group, click Orientation.
  4. Choose:
    • Portrait – vertical layout (taller than wide)
    • Landscape – horizontal layout (wider than tall)
  5. Done! Now when you print, Excel will use the selected orientation.

🖨️ Optional: Print Preview First

To check how it looks:

  • Go to FilePrint (or press Ctrl + P).
  • On the right, you’ll see a preview with the current orientation.
