General Tips for Accessing Shared Files
- Notifications: When someone shares a file with you, you might receive an email notification or a message within the platform to let you know about the shared file.
- Syncing: Some platforms like OneDrive and Google Drive offer syncing options, so you can make sure that files shared with you are available offline.
- Permissions: Depending on the permissions granted, you may have full access to edit or just view the shared file. Ensure you know what level of access you have.
