Print gridlines in a worksheet

To print gridlines in an Excel worksheet (so the cell outlines appear on paper), follow these steps:

✅ Steps to Print Gridlines:

1. Open your worksheet.
2. Go to the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon.
3. In the Sheet Options group (usually on the right):
   • Under Gridlines, check the Print box.

   ✅ Also make sure View is checked if you want to see them on screen.

4. Now go to File → Print (or press Ctrl + P) to preview.
5. You’ll see the gridlines appear in the print preview — you’re ready to print!

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Gridlines only print where cells have no fill color. If a cell has a background color (even white), gridlines won’t show.
• If you want more control over how the lines look, consider using borders instead (Home → Font Group → Borders).
